Hi! I’m Adriana Skutchan, and I’m honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Holly Pond High School. Now in my 21st year as an educator, I’m passionate about helping every student reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally—and about supporting teachers in creating positive, engaging learning environments.

Education has always been more than a career for me; it’s a calling. I love watching students grow in confidence and find success through teamwork, perseverance, and encouragement. I’m currently pursuing my Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, where my research focuses on how school leadership can support sustainable STEM opportunities in rural communities. My goal is to use this knowledge to continue investing in rural schools and help students reach new heights in STEM. I’m so proud to be part of this amazing school family!
