The HHS chapter of the National Honor Society inducted new members on Sunday, May 4. We want to congratulate these students and encourage them as they carry on the traditions of academic excellence at Hanceville High School.

The Lady Dawgs travel to Albertville today to take on Ohatchee High School. Go Dawgs!

Just a reminder of the events coming up on Sunday, May 4. The National Honor Society Induction Ceremony will be at 4 PM and the Baccalaureate will be at 5 PM. We'd like to thank Hanceville First Baptist Church for sponsoring these events.

Congratulations to our softball team for qualifying for the State Regionals. Kynzlee Farr, Isabella Spinks, Lakin McBee, and Josi Jones were selected to the All-Area team. The first round of the playoffs start on Monday May 5 at Albertville at 9:00 am vs Ohatchee.

Boys interested in joining the HHS Basketball team can see Coach Chandler concerning the tryouts. The tryouts will be in the gym each day from 3 to 5 PM.

The Bulldog Scramble is May 23rd at Cross Creek Golf Course! Support your Bulldogs & play some golf! Sweet Foam Alabama will be on site! Dress auction will be before the round begins!(Dress auction winners can hit from the women's tees all day!) Lunch & breakfast included!
