Friday's pep rally- will start and finish earlier than normal! It will begin at 2:10 and end around 2:30/2:40. This time change will accommodate elementary and middle school!

Senior Night for our Volleyball Players will be Monday, September 16th! We will honor the seniors after the last match is finished! This way we will not hold the other teams as a captive audience and we can take as much time as possible to show appreciation for our four seniors!

Sweater weather is upon us, and our young people couldn't look any cooler than when sporting a VHS LETTERMAN JACKET. The Herff Jones rep will be here tomorrow to take orders. A $100 deposit is due tomorrow for those ordering their jackets. Checks can be made out to Herff Jones.

Our band program was well represented this weekend at the University of North Alabama Marching Band Extravaganza. These students participated as honorary members of the UNA Pride and performed at halftime along side other students from around the state.

Our honors chemistry class visited Sloss Furnace today. They learned how iron ore is made, made iron art, and learned about the history of Birmingham. Go Eagles!

We are excited to announce that our Homecoming Freedom Fest Parade and celebration will take place on campus on September 19th from 6 PM to 8 PM. A map for the parade is attached for your reference.
We invite all Vinemont teams without scheduled games or practices at that time to join us in the parade, including middle school and youth teams. Please note that this is a free community event and is not intended as a fundraising effort. Tuesday - Seniors go to Sullivans for their senior drape pictures. We bus the girls first, then the boys.
Thursday - FIRST VOLLEYBALL GAME HOME 4:30 PM, Middle School Football Game Home at 5 pm.
Friday - FIRTS CROSS COUNTRY MEET at Cullman Track, FOOTBALL SEASON OPENER HOME VS FALKVILLE 7 PM.
